TSW Nurbrugring 18" Wheel Over Wilwood Aero6 14.25" Brakes
I recently put Wilwood Aero6 brakes with 14.25 inch rotors on, and needed a wheel that would clear it.
I knew that the TSW Interlagos 18" wheel worked, but when I saw a set of TSWs close by, I bought them instead. Here's the answer so you can search for it:
They fit great.
Reference numbers for the Wilwood kit:
2003 Chevrolet Corvette C-5 & Z06 - Front Brake Kit Part No.: 140-10163-R
Calipers: 120-13290, 120-13289, AERO6
Rotors: 160-9788, 160-9787, 14.25 inches x 1.25 inches. Obviously, they will also fit a Wilwood 14.00" and C6Z06 13.97" / 355mm rotor.
Wheels: TSW Nurbrugring 18 inches x 9 inches (9.0 inches), 50 ET.

Required clearance is 0.080 inches as per Wilwood spec. Real clearance is well over that, closer to 0.200" or so - I didn't measure it but it's well over the minimum. However please note that standard wheel weights will not clear the space between the wheel and caliper, so you will need to place them somewhere that is not on the edge of the barrel right behind the spokes as usual.
Remember, you need wheels without deep dishes to clear this - and preferably one-piece wheels too, as some two/three-piece wheels don't fit due to the bolts that mount the face to the barrel.
Good TSW Combo: 18x9" (50ET) front, 19x10.5" (65ET) rear.
Good tire combo: 265/35/18, 305/30/19.
My previous wheels were Ace Slick 18x9.5" (ET53) and 19x11" (ET63). They were great. Up until the day one broke for absolutely no reason. Also they're heavy. The company (Ace Alloy) had no interest in doing anything about my broken wheel. While Ace Slick wheels were designed for BBKs and do clear the AERO6 fronts, I recommend you stay away from anything ace alloy makes.
